Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing product lifecycle activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative product development initiatives within a fast-paced environment, utilizing industry-leading tools and methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and SDLC. The Product Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of products across various platforms, including SaaS and IoT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Duties

Coordinate the full samples process (requesting, tracking, receiving, approving, and organizing samples).

Act as the main point of contact with suppliers abroad, following up on timelines, revisions, costs, and documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in Visual ERP (styles, colors, sizes, costs, delivery dates, etc.).

Build and update reports on sample status, production progress, and deliveries for internal teams.

Support logistics follow-ups (shipping documents, ETAs, delays, PO tracking).

Ensure all product and supplier information is properly filed and easily accessible.

Flag issues early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple styles/projects at once.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with international partners.

Proactive problem-solver who follows things through to completion.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with overseas suppliers (Asia / Europe).

Fashion/product lifecycle knowledge (from development to delivery).

Bilingual French/English (strong asset for Montreal).

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience using an ERP system (Visual ERP is a strong asset).

Strong MS Excel skills, including mastery of VLOOKUP.

Understanding of the wholesale garment / apparel industry.

Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy with data.

Solid understanding of logistics and production workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
