YOUR ROLE




Product Coordinator (Accessories & Handbags)




Reporting to the Merchandising Director,

the Product Coordinator

plays a crucial role in supporting the product development and merchandising teams. This role manages product data entry, sample tracking and approvals, file accuracy, and organization, while also supporting logistics and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely product information and support.


The person needs to be passionate about fashion and have a knack for keeping everything organized behind the scenes. She must love working with data and support a fast-moving team.




ACCESSORIES FILTERING / HANDOVER PROCESS



Data Entry for Accessories in PLM (Exclusive priority during Main releases of the Acc GTM calendar) Responsible of sample photography in photobooth for data entry in PLM Manages samples that need to be sent for 360 Photography Transfer of sample images into File Zilla. Ensure all sample images are up to standards.



ACCESSORIES SAMPLE MANAGEMENT




Organize and keep a flow of the following samples

Confirmation Samples (fill out tracking sample / and do approvals of confirmation) Manage New Samples, in-store wall, and show room samples Open and sort new packages Shipping of Original Samples or Swatches to vendors



ACCESSORIES LOGISTIC



Product defects tracking and update requests Conduct MULTI HTS request Communication with internal parties that need help with samples information/request/POM



HANDBAGS



Support showroom set-ups prior to presentations and important milestones (set-up samples, print CADs, ensure room is tidy) Helps build product catalog Ensures delivery tracking Support with section shot related activities with Visual Merchandising team Prepare the Footwear and Handbags matching template Set up and maintain recap rooms with the current season's collection Box samples for Sample Sales Provide administrative and logistical support for merchandising teams Communication with internal parties that need help with samples information/request/POM

Requirements



1 year of experience in a buying, merchandising, or retail support role Cegep or University degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field Ability to prioritize effective and meet tight deadlines Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Intermediate excel skills, experience working with data management Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills This Position needs to be at the office 4 days/week, with the Exception of data entry period
