Now, they are expanding their team and looking for you, their new Product and Implementation Specialist to join their growing company! What you'll be doing: As a Product and Implementation Specialist, you will be reporting to the Senior Quality and Delivery Manager and working on various projects and implementing solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for gathering the client requirement and implementing a fully functioning, debugged application with required documentation that meets specification requirements. Practically speaking, you will: * Customize biometric software according to contract and client requirements * Interact with internal and external clients on technical design, support and configuration issues * Support and follow the product implementation process * Document customizations, update user guides * Meet implementation delivery dates as directed * Perform product and customization reviews * Provide implementation estimates as required * Raise risks/issues as soon as they are discovered * Be reporting and tracking defects, verifying fixes and follow-up work to resolve issues related to the Company's software developed in Java/JavaScript * Maintain software skills to match direction of products The Details This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, excellent benefits package, flexible work hours, access to training and development programs. What you'll bring: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer programming, or related curriculum. * Software Engineering methodology: Agile/Scrum * 2-5+ years of experience in software development or product implementation * Knowledge/experience in Java/JavaScript * Knowledge/experience XML/XSLT/JSON * Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, server/client hardware configuration * Knowledge/experience SVN * Experience using Jira * Knowledge/experience Version Control - SVN/Git * Knowledge/experience VM/Container management * Knowledge/experience Java Application servers - Wildfly/Jboss * Knowledge/experience SQL - Postgres/Oracle/MS SQL * Good problem solver ability through design and creation of code * Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments and to work with change and ambiguity Strong assets: * Experience with Azure/AWS environment * Windows Servers, Active Directory/LDAP * Kubernetes/Docker * Ansible/Maven * Biometrics experience Your Application We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
