$81,005 - $109,595
Incident analysis and response expertise needed.

Collaborate with business partners to understand the incidents they report, analyse the root causes, and ensure the issues are directed to the appropriate team for resolution, if necessary.

What you'll do:



Investigate, analyze and respond to incidents Understand business needs, constraints and problems to identify solutions Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders Create and maintain knowledge articles

What you'll need:



A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing or commerce and at least three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Lending business knowledge and bilingualism are beneficial
