The Role:

As our

in-house Producer

, you will play a critical role in bringing our brand stories to life across photo and video. You will be responsible for planning and executing all

eCommerce

and

marketing campaign productions

(from coordinating cast and crew to managing timelines and budgets).

You will work closely with our

Creative Director

and

Sr Manager of Studio Production

, and will lead the day-to-day execution of both studio and on-location shoots. You will partner with stylists, art directors, photographers, and post-production talent (both in-house and freelance) to ensure every production delivers on vision, budget, and deadline.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, knows how to bring order to chaos, and can turn creative ideas into production reality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production for

eCommerce shoots

and

marketing campaigns

, from pre-production through wrap. Build production schedules, source talent, props and locations, and coordinate logistics for both studio and on-location shoots. Support the

Creative Director's vision

by producing photo and video content that aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals. Partner with the

Sr Manager, Studio Production

to ensure capacity planning and resource alignment across concurrent projects. Organize castings for tall talent and book, manage and continually update a robust freelance roster: stylists, photographers, videographers, models, editors, etc. Negotiate rates, secure contracts, and manage usage rights. Own and track production budgets, ensuring all shoots stay on time and on budget. Run pre-production meetings, manage shoot day logistics, and facilitate smooth handoffs to post-production. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfillment, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and readiness across teams. Support with casting, props, wardrobe, set builds, rentals, and any additional shoot-related needs. Maintain clear documentation, accurate timelines/dates and workflows within our project management tools (Asana, Airtable).

Experience, Education & Designations

5+ years of hands-on production experience (preferably in-house at a DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brand). Strong background producing both

eCommerce product shoots

and

brand campaign content

. Familiar with photography, video, lighting, grip, set design, and post workflows. Comfortable working with talent and crew, both in-studio and on location. Confident managing production budgets, quotes, invoices, and usage rights. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Able to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
