About the role
As part of Jet Engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations, coordinates and administers activities to ensure accuracy, and material control. Actively engages with warehouse material controllers to execute inventory administration across both technical and non-technical material. Follows the execution of Weekly, Monthly, and yearly cycle counts. Involved in a cross functional team, to assess administer and manage obsolete and inventory categorization. Engages with various aspects of the supply chain management team to ensure all inventory reporting requirements are met.
What you bring to the role

  • Basic understanding of Engine and/or Aerospace MRO process
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and active follow-up practices
  • 3+ Years experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Controls
  • Adequate skills in Microsoft (MS) Office applications
  • Solid understanding of Warehousing and Logistics related processes
  • Understanding of Cycle Counting and inventory control practices
  • Sense of urgency to engage stakeholders and drive matters to resolution.

Additional skills desired for the role
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
  • Knowledge of the Quantum Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.

Language Requirements in Quebec
Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
