Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and vendor management, with expertise in procurement and sourcing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Duties

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess inventory. Utilize ERP systems and MRP tools to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management. Knowledge of pricing strategies and procurement processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Pay: $18.26-$58.83 per hour
