The Senior Project Manager for Procurement - Advanced Nuclear, has responsibility to provide project management of the procurement and site delivery of advanced nuclear plant components in support of a commercial project. You will work collaboratively with the Project Director for Procurement, the Supply Chain Leaders, and Procurement Engineers to manage Supplier performance to purchase order requirements, cost, and schedule to deliver high quality outcomes for a BWRX-300 project. Essential Responsibilities:
Manage fabrication and production activities of key suppliers.
Lead day-to-day project activities to ensure
on-time delivery
and
customer satisfaction

Act as on-site representative during component manufacturing, supporting inspections and key quality hold points.
Ensure supplier compliance with inspection/test plans and PO standards.
Expedite deliverables and oversee change orders, scope adjustments, and resolution of nonconformances.

Lead and participate in
project kickoff meetings
(customer, internal, and supplier) and support their coordination and preparation.
Foster strong communication across
global and matrixed teams

Interface with

, internal leadership, and customers to align project objectives and resolve issues.
Work closely with sub-contracts management and procurement teams in defining scope, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management or Procurement.
Minimum 5 years managing medium- to large-scale projects (with multi-disciplinary team and project).
Eligibility Requirements:
Willingness to work onsite five days a week at the Supplier location in Cambridge, ON, 4-5 days a week.
Ability to obtain unescorted access to Nuclear Plants.

Nuclear Industry work experience
Familiarity with nuclear construction practices
Willingness to work night and weekend shifts as required.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong grasp of reactor vessel internal hardware design issues, balanced with understanding of complexities of field delivery.
Use of GEH support systems (i.e., PLM, Box, RedShare, Oracle, Primavera P6, Tableau)
Technical writing background
PMP Certification or Past supervisory experience.
