This is a standalone role, pivotal in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our global standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within a global company, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive significant value for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who brings experience, ideas and a collaborative approach. You will leverage your strength in purchasing techniques, market analysis and supplier management.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives for North America.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs
- Monitor market trends and conduct risk assessments to ensure the sustainability and reliability of the supply chain.
- Lead initiatives to improve procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master\'s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within a global organization.
