We are seeking seeking a full-time, dedicated, reliable, and skilled Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of Humble Grow by assisting with shipment preparation, warehouse management, budgeting, and purchasing.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Support internal departments with procurement and logistics needs

- Forecast demand and manage purchasing, POs, and product receiving

- Track and manage open orders and inventory levels

- Conduct regular cycle counts and support quarter-end audits

- Maintain accurate system data across inventory and procurement systems

- Analyze business data to inform purchasing decisions and improve supply chain efficiency

- Identify and source suppliers to secure best pricing and reliability

- Manage vendor relationships and performance

- Coordinate with management on cross-functional projects

- Support preparation and verification of bulk and provincial shipments

- Ensure warehouse organization and implement facility maintenance processes

- All other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU MUST HAVE:



- Forklift certification

- Legally authorized to work in Canada

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, and warehouse management

- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills

- High attention to detail and time management

- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs

- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
