• Lead a multi-discipline Project Operations team during the start-up of assigned Capital

Projects * Ensure the development of operations/commissioning procedures

• Ensure Operator Care is completed (WHMIS, MSDS, Visual Clues, etc)
• Develop Project Operations Service Level Agreement with each business team/stakeholder
• Provide technical support throughout commissioning and start-up
• Participate in model reviews, squad checks and safety-related workshops and reviews (i.e.

HAZOP\'s) * Lead the activities to achieve the project\'s minimum conditions of satisfaction (MCOS)

test plan * Act as a liaison between the project team and the business team(s). Requirements and Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Office 365 Programs is a must
• Minimum 5 years of process experience is required
• Minimum 3rd Class Power Engineering ticket is a must
• Should have a strong ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine root causes of performance deficiencies
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment is crucial
