HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:Process all payments received, in priority order, on a daily basis at the direction of management.
Process and administer Insolvency related information onto InsolvencyLink software
Reviews and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met.
Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients.
Analyses documentation/email received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines.
Responsible for reconciling any discrepancies found in balancing at a batch level.
Generate remittance reports and prepare bank deposits.
Maintain clients process like an unidentified account, waiting for reply folders, reversals and refund cheques.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with a team and the ability to work independently.
Strong data entry skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing environment.
Ability to "Think Differently" continuously looking for process improvements that gain efficiency.
Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects.
Make sound judgements when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions.
Repetitive tasks
Extended periods of working on a computer
Strong attention to detail required to ensure payment information is accurately entered, balanced and remitted to our clients.
Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
This is an in-office role that will require you to work on site 5 times per week.
