We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Processing Specialist to join our talented, hard-working and collaborative team here at Computershare.

You would be joining a team who are super supportive and excel in being proactive and doing things right ensuring they go the extra mile. The aim of the team is to provide expertise in data processing, transformation and reconciliation, bringing certainty and consistent levels of quality to the data elements of the many different projects and events that we support.

A role you will love

You will be key in the delivery of data for a large data consolidation programme where source systems are based across 4 global regions. The role will see you actively involved in the data mapping and ETL of client datasets into various environments, reconciliation of datasets, supporting any data issues that arise out of testing and supporting dress rehearsals and live migration events.

With any new client wins you will provide the ability to onboard clients onto our new target system as well as de-migrate existing client data. We also assist in the creation of bespoke integrity reports to enable targeted data analysis and cleansing as well as supporting the business/clients with any ad-hoc requests that require your expertise.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive requirement gathering through targeted questioning, working closely with stakeholders to agree expected results
  • Key focus on process improvements and solutions to fulfil business outcomes
  • Work with teams across technology to ensure delivery of new system functions and solutions
  • Ensure prioritization of workload meets business needs and project timelines
  • Reconciliation with raw data
It is important you know that there will be times that this individual will have to work weekends some of the time to be able to support migrations.

Other key skills required for the role include
  • Confident working with Excel
  • Organization skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present, and disseminate data appropriately
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment skills (preferred)
  • Significant experience working within Data Analysis, ideally within a data migration role (preferred)
  • Understanding of Share Plans (preferred)
  • Experience with reconciliation, and/or accounting (preferred)
  • Bachelors in a Finance degree (preferred)
