Victoria Cannabis Company is looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our grow crew as a Processing Associate.
What You'll Be Doing:
Participate in various production activities including but not limited to trimming, milling, filling, twisting/finishing of pre rolls, packaging and labelling. Participate in facility sanitation program, including cleaning of production rooms, and cleaning / setup of equipment. Manual labor including long periods of sitting/standing, some lifting and bending. Accurately document all work performed as directed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Re-stock and organize production area as required Willingness to maintain an open mind and learn new techniques Assist with additional tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Someone who shows up on time, works hard and brings a positive attitude You're comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet or siting You've worked with plants or in a greenhouse (bonus, but not required) You're 19+ and legally allowed to work in Canada
