Responsibilities

Serve legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to individuals and businesses in a timely and professional manner. Ensure proper documentation and proof of service is completed for each delivery. Maintain accurate records of served and unserved documents. Communicate effectively with management's directions Adhere to all legal regulations and procedures governing process serving.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Cell Phone with data Computer with internet Printer Previous experience as a process server or in a related field preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
