We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (Process Planner) to join our team!

We are seeking a process planner to support our Plano Optics Department and join our Manufacturing Engineering Team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing and maintaining department processes and work instructions. You will collaborate closely with co-workers in addition to Operations department team members to trouble shoot and navigate through various production and customer challenges. Continuous improvement and cost reductions will also be requested regularly during day to day activities. Education and Technical Requirements:

• Certification of Optical Apprenticeship an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with precision Optics (Plano Optics an asset)
• Technical ability to interpret drawings
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
