The position may be based in all offices across Canada.Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:The Analyst will be responsible for the functional health and utilization of select core Retail Systems (CAO, FIM, WFM, etc) related to ordering, inventory, and production. The Analyst will support and ensure systems are working properly with robust processes in place to support the store execution to drive sales, reduce waste, improve supply chain efficiency, and improve the customer experience.More specifically, the candidate will be required to:

• Provide analysis, insights, and support to the Retail Enablement Support team to facilitate strategic discussions and road mapping activities.
• Validate, analyze, synthesize, and interpret data related to store systems and processes to identify findings and trends, allowing for informed decision-making.
• Monitor dashboards/KPIs, perform moderately complex analysis and communicate results.
• Optimize the systems parameters to constantly adapt to operational needs.
• Provide business process and technical support to users; Understand the technical issues between the different systems of the company and find solutions. Act proactively and anticipate problems.
• Work closely with Sobeys support teams to ensure optimal performance of Retail systems.

What you have to offer:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer science with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (any other combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Expert) and Data technology tools with ability to learn fast.
• Demonstrate problem solving and strong analytics expertise.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
• Knowledge (preferred) of SAP, BW, Sales Force, ServiceNow, Tableau.
• Knowledge (preferred) of Store operations, processes, and Retail systems: CAO, FIM, WFM, etc...
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
