Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.The RoleCameco is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our process operations team at the world\'s second largest high-grade uranium deposit, located at the Cigar Lake operation in Northern Saskatchewan.In this role, you will:

  • Focus on ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the process areas.
  • Be responsible for operating circuits as per outlined procedures and guidelines.
  • Be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting any maintenance concerns in order to support continual improvement throughout the operation.
  • Assist senior operators as required.
Required:
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid Class 5 driver\'s license.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Will be required to work both on surface and underground.
  • Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
