Compensation & Hours:

• Pay Rate: $18-$24 per hour
• Schedule: Rotational shifts\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x94must be able to work days, evenings, and overnights as needed.

Position Summary:

• Operate and Monitor Equipment: Use production machines like mixers, dryers, and conveyors
• Check Product Quality: Perform regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards
• Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance, clean equipment, and help with troubleshooting
• Ensure Safety: Follow safety rules and keep your workspace clean and organized
• Support the Team: Pitch in wherever needed to keep production on track

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Reliable and Dependable: Show up on time, every time, ready to work with a positive attitude
• Mechanical Skills: Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and do repetitive tasks
• Willing to Learn: Open to training and growing with the team

Bonus Points For:

• Class 5 driver\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s license
• 3+ years forklift experience
• Experience in food production, agriculture, seed/fertilizer handling, or grain processing is preferred but not required.
