Process Operator

Job Description
This position is scheduled to work 36 hours per week._ Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
6:00pm - 6:30am_. Upon completion of your 36 hours work week, the company will pay you for 40 hours. The Process operator is responsible for blending and the processing/pasteurization of fluid milk products. Additionally, the Operator is responsible for start-up & sanitation of the processing equipment and trouble-shoots equipment problems. Job duties
- Separating & pasteurizing milk
- Blending dry milk ingredients & other added ingredients (stabilizers, sugar, etc)
- Processing fluid milk products
- Ensure that products are manufactured within allowable composition specifications
- Properly maintain processing charts & documents
- CIP and sanitation of the blend room, processing area & HTST
- Sanitary maintenance of the processing & blend room equipment
- General housekeeping & sanitizing of the processing area
- Any other duties as reasonably assigned
- Previous Process operator experience
- WHMIS
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP\xe2\x80\x99s)
- Health and Safety Procedures
- Quality Control procedures
- Mobile Equipment (Walkie / Forklift) license is an asset
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic computer skills/literacy
- Physically able to lift 25 Kgs
