Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee workflow for blasting, painting, and coating operations. Monitor material readiness, process checks (DFT, WFT, cure), and corrective actions. Maintain technical competency in blasting, spraying, and coating application. Mentor and train team members, reinforcing safe and efficient work practices. Collaborate with QA Lead and Foreman to ensure specifications and client requirements are met. Support continuous improvement projects and implement process efficiencies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong knowledge of coating systems, application processes, and inspection methods. Skilled leader with mentoring ability and effective communication skills. Ability to work in industrial conditions (heat, dust, confined spaces, PPE compliance).
