Process Improvement Project Manager

to join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our comfortable offices in Mississauga, ON.

The

Process Improvement Project Manager (PIPM)

is responsible for planning, sourcing, building and implementing workflow improvements across the Company. The PIPM will work with key stakeholders to manage assigned projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing inefficiencies using smart digital solutions, existing technologies and AI. Success will be measured in terms of cost savings, improved workflows, efficiency gains, customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Main Responsibilities:



Partner with key stakeholders and Leadership Team to implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, focusing on technology and workflow enhancements. Eliminate inefficiencies such as manual handoffs, duplicate work, and other less-valued activities through technology and workflow improvements and by enabling automation/digital improvements. Facilitate problem-solving discussions across branches and departments with internal and external stakeholders. Project manage approved Process Improvement projects through completion, including: Investigate and test new technologies and processes to address identified operational gaps. Source appropriate vendors to support project deliverables as needed. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely project outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional planning and decision-making. Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs, providing updates to leadership as required. Ensure sustainable rollouts, including employee training on new tools and processes. Other related duties as required.

Required Experience and Skills:



Minimum 5 years successful experience in a similar role managing organization wide projects in the areas of technology and workflow improvements is required. A related bachelor's degree, or equivalent in education and experience is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (or similar) is strongly preferred. Experience and training with Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, etc. methodologies is strongly preferred. Strong project management skills required. Aptitude and proficiency with various workplace technology solutions including AI, workplace automation, and other digital technologies is required. Proven ability to motivate and engage stakeholders, while holding overall accountability for deliverables. Strong computer skills required, including experience utilizing database systems, and comfort with exploring and learning new systems is required. Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as WORD, EXCEL, Outlook, etc. Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Proven ability to manage critical projects on time and within budget.
