Overview



We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. The We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Engineer to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in process analysis and continuous improvement, with the ability to study, design, and optimize workflows across warehouse, logistics, and system build/repair operations. Responsibilities



Process Evaluation: Study and evaluate current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze operational data to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps. Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes. Solution Design: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency and quality. Change Management: Support change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools. Documentation: Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practices for all critical processes. Training and Support: Provide training to staff on new processes and support cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify further opportunities for optimization and improvement. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or business process analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart and MS Office applications. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification is an asset). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
