Process Engineer -
We are actively seeking a Process Engineer II with fixture design and automation experience to join our innovative
team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for medical
catheter manufacturing.
This role involves owning the development of processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and
driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Impact Through Innovation
- Apply creativity and technical problem-solving skills to solve product design, manufacturing, and ergonomic
challenges.
- Prepare CAD fixtures, prototypes, drawings, test data, and reports.
- Deliver design, process, and manufacturing quality documentation per Quality Management System.
- Participate in planning activities with supervisor and provide technical guidance to technicians/assistants.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing process design/optimization within a regulated environment.
- Interest in Biomedical field (academic or industry exposure).
- Strong CAD and fixture design skills.
- Experience with machining and 3D printing design.
- Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) standards.
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Exposure to plastics and/or metal alloy material selection.
