Reporting to the Process Engineering Team Lead the

Process Engineer

is responsible for leading the technical execution of water filtration projects across Systems, Mobile, and Service teams. This role ensures that new and existing systems meet customer expectations and performance requirements, while also serving as a key resource for advanced troubleshooting and technical input.

London, Ontario

and will be

remote in

Canada

.

In

this

role, a

typical

day

will

look

like

Execute customer projects to optimize system design and meet water treatment performance requirements. Support commissioning teams with test plans, operating protocols, data analysis, and reporting. Review and approve proposals from Applications Engineering. Provide guidance to aftermarket sales and service teams for system optimization and issue resolution. Consult with R&D on product development and optimization. Travel within North America to customer sites as needed. Analyze water quality and treatment needs to define operational best practices. Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend cleaning solutions. Interpret P&IDs and system hydraulics to identify design constraints. Generate high-quality performance reports based on operating data.

The

essential

requirements

of

the

job

include

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in water or wastewater treatment equipment systems.
OR

Master's degree in chemical engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in water or wastewater treatment equipment systems.
Strong process knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis. Advanced ability to analyze water quality and system hydraulics. Experience with foulant analysis and cleaning solution development. Ability to travel up to 10% within North America.
