Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Process Analyst - Aris/Banking and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives within a leading financial organization. The role involves translating existing process maps from Visio into ARIS models, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and supporting process documentation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process subject matter experts across the organization to develop and maintain a comprehensive process inventory.
• Conduct working sessions to document detailed process steps, ensuring models align with enterprise standards.
• Convert existing process maps created in Visio into ARIS process models.
• Transform documented procedures into ARIS models and validate these with relevant business stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights, clarify process details, and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Support process mapping activities for ongoing process improvement projects within the Wealth Process Excellence team.
• Ensure timely completion of process models, adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

Desired Skill-Set

• Minimum of one year experience with process mapping.
• Proficiency in Visio for process documentation.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills to lead stakeholder sessions effectively.
• Basic knowledge of ARIS process modeling preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new process modeling tools and standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ARIS process modeling software.
• Understanding of financial services or banking operations.
• Prior experience working in large organizational environments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies or frameworks.
