Probate/estate Administration Paralegal

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced senior estate paralegal to handle our probate/estate administration department. No estate planning or will preparation is required but a high level of direct client contact is involved.

Skills required:
-excellent command of English language and drafting capabilities
-proficient in MS Office (Word), Adobe, BC Online, LTSA
-experience in legal accounting software would be a definite asset
-excellent organizational, analytical & interpersonal skills. along with meticulous attention to detail
-minimum 5 years' probate/estate administration experience in a BC law firm
-ability to work independently and handle estate administration files from start to finish with minimum supervision
