to join us for our 2025 golf season!

Pro Shop Attendant

actually does?


As a

Pro Shop Attendant,

you will assist with ensuring the successful operations of our Pro Shop including our retail operations. You are responsible for first impressions from answering phone calls, checking in golfers, and making tee times to provide an exceptional golf experience.

Here are a few of the duties to expect:

You will be required to deliver prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees. Provide product knowledge to members and guests You will assist with arranging displays and merchandising pro shop inventory, this also includes helping with packing and unpacking inventory and ensuring the pro shop is in pristine condition. Issues receipts for greens fees and cart rentals. Assist in preparing tournaments and other special events.

We'd be even more thrilled with the following:

Previous experience with point of sale systems along with previous retail experience. Familiarity with the rules of golf and course etiquette. You know how to close a sale and are good at helping people make buying decisions. Ability to analyze and solve problems and are a good multi-tasker; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision. Our season goes into October; preference will be given to applicants who are able to stay to the end of the season.

We also think it's important to know:

You may be required to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 8 hours at a time. Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly. Work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
