Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in finding products. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and clean shop environment to promote a positive shopping experience. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage inventory levels. Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Proficient in cashiering and cash handling practices. Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone. Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
