TD IT Operations is home to a team of highly valued professionals recognized for both their customer-service mindsets and dedication to seamless 24-7 running of our infrastructure technologies. They also manage what we call the implementation and delivery life cycle for IT components across the various technology groups. Component installation, maintenance, and decommissioning, operational or help desk support, system performance, capacity and availability monitoring, migration, emerging technology assessment, implementation, release management and deployment support \xe2\x80\x93 you name it.
There\xe2\x80\x99s room to grow in all of it. The Privileged Credential Vaulting (PCV) Team has an enterprise-wide focus on the vaulting and management of privileged credentials at the Bank. Additionally, the team is a common interface to both the Security Governance and Audit teams. Currently the Enterprise tool used is the CyberArk Privileged Account Solution suite. We are involved in most Bank projects, providing Privileged ID Vaulting and Password Automation services. This role involves Privileged ID management and Access Management. It involves the onboarding of new credentials/technologies onto the CyberArk PAS suite which requires the successful candidate to work closely with clients/project teams to ensure their technology is onboard successfully.
About This Role We are looking for someone with diverse skills and some background in this space to carry out a broad range of operational service and support assignments. You\xe2\x80\x99ll join others in environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance and incident management, as well as production support activities. You will work as part of a larger team responsible for maintaining, transforming and evolving Privileged ID Access Management at the Bank. There\xe2\x80\x99s meaningful work at every turn!
Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. This is a technical hands-on job. Here\xe2\x80\x99s some of what you may be asked to perform:

• Manage, maintain, and support TD\xe2\x80\x99s Privileged Access Management solution (CyberArk). This includes after-hours on-call support, support during planned maintenance windows or critical support issues that arise.
• Be actively involved on all aspects of IAM support and application issue resolution: identify, assess, recommend, escalate, resolve, report, document and communicate.
• Effectively handle incident management
• Provide quality service and solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements.
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution.
• Develop/Maintain/Execute automation scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps, simplify or enhance the application/system or environment.
• Knowledge of PowerShell using REST-API interfaces with CyberArk, ServiceNow, and Active Directory technologies a definite asset.
• Ensure relevant documentation is accurate, and up to date.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
• 2+ years relevant IAM/PAM experience.
• 2+ years PowerShell scripting experience and be familiar with REST-API.
• A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a vehicle for travel within the GTA.
• Knowledge and experience with:
• Identity and Access Management solutions in multiple environments, specifically CyberArk Privileged Access Solution.
• IAM/PAM principles and policies such as least privilege, separation of duties, access certifications and governance in a complex global enterprise environment.
• Platforms of Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Database.
• TD internal processes and procedures (i.e. Change, Problem, Incident Management, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Windows/UNIX Operating Systems).
• IT Access Management standards and lifecycle, with previous experience in large financial industry.
• Hardware and software configurations, network devices, and various technologies, and the ability to develop test Strategies and test plans for unfamiliar technologies with the input from business SMEs.
• Knowledge of Bank controls, control design, process development and optimization an asset.
• CyberArk Defender certification a strong asset.
• Proactive team player with ability to manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve issues as they arise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
