Salary Range: $68,000-$73,000

What you will do:

Collaborate closely with the Director to deliver an exceptional guest experience for private residence guests, owners, and hotel room owners Oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations and Concierge Ensure smooth, seamless service from pre-arrival to departure Lead, develop, and motivate the team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality Partner with other key departments to maintain operational excellence

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a s imilar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or residence environment. Pr oven leadership skills, with experience in developing and managing a team. Strong knowledge of Front Desk and Concierge operations . K nowledge of the local area is desirable . Excellent communication skills and s trong command of the English language required . Other Language skills would be an asset. Pasion for delivering exceptional customer service with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills. Current and valid to work in Canada is required .

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Private Residences Assistant Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
