Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in developing their English language and academic skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with children. Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in subjects such as English reading, writing, and grammar. Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and needs. Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and classroom assignments. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. Track student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians when appropriate. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different age groups and skill levels, especially children. Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions and student achievements.

Skills

Prior experience with tutoring or teaching in classroom settings is preferred. Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Experience working with children and understanding of their developmental needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
