Job Description
In this vital role based in Ste.Adolphe you will help deliver personalized home care and support, embodying our commitment to excellence and compassion.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized home care and assistance to client based on their individual needs.
Provide support with daily activities and mobility. Monitor health conditions under supervision. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles.
Strong knowledge of patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client well-being. Certification or training in medication administration is preferred.
Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
