Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated GERMAN speaking Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those with disabilities. Caregivers will work in private homecare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Administer medications as directed and monitor clients' health conditions. Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the client's living space. Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel. Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or home care is preferred. Knowledge of patient care practices within nursing homes or assisted living environments is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. Certification in CPR/First Aid is beneficial but not mandatory; training may be provided.
