Private Assistant To The President

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the President in both professional and personal capacities. This critical role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record as a personal assistant, capable of managing complex schedules, providing strategic support, and handling sensitive matters with discretion. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, with flexible availability, including weekends when necessary, compensated with adjusted time off.

Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise the President's daily schedule, including coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Accompany the President on business trips, both domestically and internationally, with specific locations including but not limited to Canada, the United States, and Europe. Assist the President in overseeing the progress of company projects, providing timely feedback and reasonable suggestions. Support the day-to-day management of the company as needed, ensuring smooth operations. Facilitate public relations efforts and maintain cooperative relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Assist the President in reviewing and approving work documents, including organizing relevant documents and summarizing key content to facilitate decision-making. Assist the President in planning and organizing charitable events, ensuring their smooth execution and alignment with the President's vision. Handle personal affairs at the President's residence, including guest reception, family care, and material management. Maintain a detailed daily log of activities and provide regular reports to the President and the management team. Perform other tasks as assigned by the President.

Skills and Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Experience:

Must have prior experience as a personal assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English (fluency required).

Licenses:

Valid G/G2 driver's license.

Flexibility:

Flexible availability required, including potential weekend work, with the ability to take time off on working days as compensation.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Non-Profit Experience:

Experience as an executive secretary in a non-profit organization is highly desirable. Experience in organizing charitable events is a plus.

Pay: $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
