We're passionate about the details and proud of the products we make. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with our company. While experience is an asset, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This would start as a part-time, on-site position with regular weekday hours, but if we find someone who is the right fit, the position will evolve into a full time Production role.

Duties

Immediate:Perform Quality Control checks to ensure products meet company standards. Immediate:Assist in the preparation and packaging of custom orders for shipping. Immediate:Help maintain a clean and organized production space. Immediate:Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Once established:Learn and operate various production equipment (cutting, laminating, printing, etc.) Once established:Support the graphic design team with basic design and file prep tasks using Adobe Illustrator.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic computer skills (E.G. Microsoft Suite); some experience with design software (E.G. Adobe Illustrator or similar) is a plus, but not required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize when multiple things need to be done Critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30lbs as required in a production environment. Previous production or print shop experience is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
