Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer / Printing assistant to join our team. This role is essential to supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, a fast learner, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Support construction or manufacturing teams with general labor tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites or facilities Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately Perform routine maintenance or repairs on tools and equipment as needed Assist in setting up work areas for various projects Traveling across island Working alone at various times Clearing snow around shop and other laborer tasks as required

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation and punctuality are preferred Prior experience in printing/signage, or general labor is advantageous but not mandatory Must be at least 18 years old or older
