Printcloud is a full service printing company that operates online as well as a print on demand retail location. The individual hired will be on a full time basis and based at the Toronto Flagship Retail location on Avenue Road, North York.

The Print Associate will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all customers and driving monthly sales. You will be providing customers with solutions and guidance regarding their projects, helping prepare print on demand orders with accuracy and attention to detail and answering customer inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support for walk ins, calls and emails. Provides accurate information and quotes to clients about products and services, production capabilities, and order turnaround. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Production Tasks: Processing customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner and paying close attention to detail and instructions, and managing the project while following proper production procedures (set up, quality control, and finishing). Administrative Tasks: Dashboard maintenance, keeping office tidy and maintaining supply inventory. Follows all correct cash register operations, and properly secures company funds and physical inventory at cash stations. Maintains general cleanliness of workstations, according to company standards. Processing courier service purchases and ensuring compliance with courier requirements

Basic Requirements:

Demonstrated selling ability. Good technical proficiency with computers, experience with Adobe Illustrator required Comfort and knowledge working with print and finishing equipment would be an asset but training will be provided. Ability to resolve clients concerns in a diplomatic manner. Ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to handle physical tasks that may include moving items of varying weights and sizes such as paperstocks. Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team. Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Adobe Illustrator required Experience with retail customer service is preferred. Prior experience in a retail/commercial printing environment an asset but not required

Salary:

$36,000 + commission
