operations in Mississauga

Job Information:

The role of the Print Production Assistant is to organize the daily needs of the print production department by completing their daily tasks in an organized, efficient manner as well as provide clear communication to their colleagues in the production department as well as to different departments across the country. • To produce and track production work orders and assist in other print production duties

• To process supplier invoices

• To track production shipping and deliveries

• To maintain filing, photocopying, and storage of work orders

• To provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff Who you are ...

• Extremely well organized

• Service and solution oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good command of the English language, bilingualism would be considered an asset
