About the Position



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Print Machine Operator

to join our growing team. As an essential part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, contributing directly to our production goals. If you are safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and excited to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Machine Setup & Operation

- Configure and adjust machines, ensuring proper tool size, screen alignment, and optimal printing conditions.

Ink Preparation & Application

- Mix and match inks according to approved color specifications, ensuring consistency across production runs.

Screen & Equipment Maintenance

- Clean, inspect, and maintain printing screens and machinery to ensure efficiency and longevity.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct inspections to verify cup dimensions, print clarity, color accuracy, and overall product quality.

Production & Packaging

- Monitor production output, organize printed cups, and prepare them for packaging and shipment.

Qualifications:



Strong communication skills, especially in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience operating machinery (preferably in a manufacturing or production setting) is an asset. Willingness to undergo on-site training to develop skills and knowledge specific to our equipment and processes.
