Position Overview

We are seeking

Machine Operators / Production Workers

to join our factory team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of flip flops.

Key Responsibilities

Operate cutting, pressing, molding, and finishing machines. Monitor production process and adjust settings as needed. Inspect products during and after production for quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to the supervisor. Assist with packaging and other production tasks when required.

Qualifications

Prior experience in footwear or manufacturing (preferred but not required). Ability to operate factory machinery (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Team player with good communication skills.
