MUST Have background and experience with Insurance Financial sector and delivered on large scale Strategic Data Transformation Programs
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Project management certification PMP is a must
Experience as a Program Project Manager with at least 15 years experience managing programs with large budget 10 MM complex solutions and over multiple years
Manage and lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Visualization projects execution frominitial to a successful completion
Lead the proposal development and provide the proposal information including cost estimation schedules and status reports
Effectively manage scope and dependencies identify risks and issues and proactively resolvemitigate them
Work closely with Clients on status risks mitigation and timing ensure projects are delivered totime cost and quality
Liaise with Enterprise Data Architecture ensure adherences of data principles for compliance requirements
Managed at least 2 to 3 endtoend data warehousedata lakedata visualization implementation with at least one project implementation experience with Government sector
Possess 5 years enterprise Data management experience in managing projects preferably in hightech company
Proficient with at least one of more of the following technologies SAS IBM Informatica Microsoft AWS QIik etc
Understand data collection correlation and analysis
Highly proficient in project management principles methods techniques and tools
Demonstrate leadership and flexibility as well as the ability to build rapport with clients team members managers and senior executives in a consulting context
Highly organized meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives
Manage complex work activities across large crossfunctional teams for product data governance including the Product Data Governance Council and product data initiatives lead by other teams
Collaborate with senior and functional stakeholders to define and enforce product data ownership data quality and stewardship across the enterprise for Enterprise Product Critical Data Elements and processes to add or update
Support with facilitating senior executives through enterprise product data governance decisions including process mapping roles and responsibilities and contributing to deliverables and documentation to ensure data quality and integrity objectives are achieved
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across the value chain involved in product data initiatives including functional business teas technology reporting and analytics technical product management change management communications learningtraining etc to plan and deliver against product data governance objectives ontime and onbudget
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency to work with executive stakeholders
Financial proficiency and experience operating under tight governance is a must
Experience overseeing multiple projects within a program structure
Critical thinking problem solving and conflict resolution
Financial proficiency and handson experience managing large scale budgets
Excellent leadership communication management and interpersonal skills
Ability to run effective project meetings workshops andor other forums as needed
Ability to work with and coordinate cross functional teams including vendor partners
Ability to support influence and negotiate project decisions based on data
Knowledge of different project management methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios
Proficiency in MS Project Microsoft Suite Excel PowerPoint Word Teams and SharePoint
