We're looking for a

Principal Product Manager

who thrives at the intersection of

product, customers, and execution

. This isn't a role where you only write specs and pass them off. You'll

own the full stack of everything product and customer-facing

-- from shaping our internal platform roadmap to working with clients, managing delivery, and even stepping into sales conversations if you're comfortable.

If you want to operate at the edge of AI + product, and have a hand in everything from strategy to customer impact, this is your role.

What you'll do

Own the product process

: Work directly with the CEO to define requirements, prioritize, and keep the roadmap sharp.

Bridge AI and users

: Translate technical capabilities into workflows that solve real user problems.

Drive client success

: Manage ongoing client relationships, ensure smooth delivery, and keep projects aligned with expectations.

Support sales and growth

: Join discovery calls, scope projects, and help close deals (if comfortable).

Be the glue

: Connect engineering, design, and customers -- making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Shape the future product

: Feed insights from clients directly into how we design and build our AI platform.

What we're looking for

5+ years in

product management

or adjacent roles (PM, founder, customer-facing lead). Strong communication skills: able to talk to engineers, clients, and execs in the same day. Comfort with ambiguity and juggling priorities -- clients, roadmap, and internal builds. Experience in

AI or web development

preferred. Hustle without ego -- you'll be in client calls one hour, then working with engineers on edge cases the next.
