The Organization
Calgary Classical Academy, Bridgeland campus, is a public charter school serving approximately 300

umbrella of Alberta Classical Academy, along with two additional campuses, one in Calgary and one in
Edmonton. The Bridgeland school serves as a feeder school for our middle and high school programs
located at our larger Currie campus.
We strive for academic depth and vigour, and are focused on developing "the knowledge, virtues, and habits befitting free citizens." Among our program's distinct features are: a smartphone-free environment; the use of traditional pedagogy; a rich curriculum centered on classical and enduring works of literature, philosophy, and art; a focus on character and the nurturing of virtues; a culture of friendship and leisure (schol?); and an explicit commitment to the pursuit of truth, beauty, and wisdom.
