This role combines administrative support, parent communication, marketing and promotion, and classroom assistance when needed. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and file/document management
Welcome students and parents, respond to inquiries, and support communication and coordination
Design simple promotional materials using tools such as Canva and manage school social media accounts
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of school events, marketing, and enrollment activities
Assist teachers with classroom support or supervision when required
Track attendance, course schedules, and related administrative matters
Assist with fee tracking and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain effective communication with partners to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
College diploma or Bachelor's degree; education-related fields preferred
Prior experience in education, teaching, or early childhood education is an asset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in office software, Canva, and social media platforms
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Valid driver's license required, with flexibility to travel between campuses as needed
