Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Principal Architect - UX Design.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirement and translate it to technical specification
• Follow the new technical trend and have a deep insight into one domain of UX design and implementation strategy
• Define the next generation product to help enterprise customers succeed by leveraging deep insight into the business value provided UX design
• Design subsystem or new function implement architecture, which is easy to integrate to the whole solution
• Researches and clarifies product requirements, UX, user interface challenges by interacting with customers, product management or other senior people
• Analyzes technology and architectural choices and presents to engineering and product management for review
• Propose and implement quick prototypes to validate technology or architectural choices, with interactions with customers or prospects as needed. Strong hands-on ability is a must
• Write and communicate guidelines for common components and frameworks to product architect and other senior developers

• \xc2\xad\xc2\xad15+ year\xe2\x80\x99s extensive experience in leading the UX design, especially on Devops platform design
• Highly innovative DNA with extreme passion and ability to create, design and implement creative and ground-breaking ideas
• Deep understanding and experience on current Cloud UX design best practices, and the new emerge technology and tools
• Deep understanding of UX strategy, Conceptual modelling, wireframing and prototyping, run-times and programming interfaces
• Successful and proven experience in UX design, User flow modeling and experience design for the different personas
• Can serve as an anchor in solving the most complex technical problems
• Have strong self-research capability and learn new technology/product quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with both internal and external people
• Occasional travel to China for business trips
• Master and above degree or extensive research background is an asset
• Seek out and welcome new challenges is an asset
