Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math, English, and early childhood education. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and respect. Assess student progress regularly through observations, tests, and assignments; provide constructive feedback. Communicate effectively with students, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities. Incorporate tutoring sessions and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with disabilities or in special education programs. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and organizational skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators to develop school programs that support inclusive education and working with children with disabilities. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and early childhood education techniques.

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Experience with teaching or tutoring in subjects such as Math, English Demonstrated communication skills, organizational skills, and time management are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based instructional tools is required. Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
