The PHC Coordinator will have responsibility for coordination of the planning, ongoing development and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives.The incumbent works closely with Primary Health Care leadership, providers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure localized support for planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of PHC projects/initiatives.
