Cober Printing Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. This on-site, day-shift position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and competitive pricing strategies that support profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Pricing Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Estimating, and Production teams to develop accurate cost models and pricing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for printing, packaging, and related production projects based on customer specifications and production capabilities.
Develop accurate pricing models and ensure consistency across quotes and proposals.
Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams to evaluate project feasibility, material requirements, and production timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and streamline pricing processes.
Review historical data and market trends to support strategic pricing recommendations.
Maintain detailed records of quotes, cost assumptions, and pricing decisions for reference and audit purposes.
Support other departments with costing and margin analysis as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
2-3 years of experience in estimating, pricing analysis, or financial modeling, preferably within manufacturing or print-related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or estimating systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Kitchener, Ontario facility. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, day shift. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
