About the Role:
The Pricing Analyst provides analytical support to a specific functional area, department, or division. This role focuses on proactive pricing analysis to identify opportunities for improving margins and increasing revenue. The Pricing Analyst will lead pricing-related projects, develop ad hoc operational or financial performance reports, and proactively recommend solutions to business issues.
What You'll Do:
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and review/analyze financial statements and reports.
Pricing Analysis: Perform pricing analysis to uncover opportunities for margin improvement and revenue enhancement.
Project Leadership: Lead pricing-related projects and profitability improvement initiatives, presenting findings and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams and management.
Pricing Programs: Develop pricing programs and provide comprehensive reporting, tracking, and impact analysis.
Scheduled Reviews: Conduct regular pricing reviews of key profit metrics with the product marketing and sales teams to identify variances from margin and profit goals, implementing necessary actions.
ERP Management: Manage and maintain the pricing structure in the companys ERP system, proactively identifying discrepancies or errors.
Implementation and Validation: Implement and validate approved pricing actions, conducting post-action reviews and reporting.
Support and Training: Troubleshoot pricing-related inquiries and provide training as needed to support the sales and product marketing teams.
Process Improvement: Participate in pricing-related process improvement or system enhancement projects.
Cross-Functional Support: Provide backup and coverage for other functional areas within the pricing and finance teams as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors degree required.
3+ years of related experience in Pricing or Finance.
Superb analytical skills with strong technical proficiency (e.g., SQL, MS Access, VBA).
Ability to seek out objectives and complete them with minimal management input.
Capable of initiating and leading projects while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, subject to change.

Programmes de prix : Dxc3xa9velopper des programmes de prix et fournir des rapports complets, un suivi et une analyse d'impact.
Revue programmxc3xa9e : Effectuer des revues rxc3xa9gulixc3xa8res des prix des indicateurs de profit clxc3xa9s avec les xc3xa9quipes de marketing produit et de vente pour identifier les xc3xa9carts par rapport aux objectifs de marge et de profit, en mettant en xc5x93uvre les actions nxc3xa9cessaires.
Gestion ERP : Gxc3xa9rer et maintenir la structure des prix dans le systxc3xa8me ERP de l'entreprise, en identifiant proactivement les xc3xa9carts ou les erreurs.
Mise en xc5x93uvre et validation : Mettre en xc5x93uvre et valider les actions de prix approuvxc3xa9es, en effectuant des revues post-action et des rapports.
Soutien et formation : Rxc3xa9soudre les demandes lixc3xa9es aux prix et fournir une formation au besoin pour soutenir les xc3xa9quipes de vente et de marketing produit.
Amxc3xa9lioration des processus : Participer xc3xa0 des projets d'amxc3xa9lioration des processus lixc3xa9s aux prix ou d'amxc3xa9lioration des systxc3xa8mes.
Soutien interfonctionnel : Fournir un soutien et une couverture pour d'autres domaines fonctionnels au sein des xc3xa9quipes de prix et de finance si nxc3xa9cessaire.

3+ annxc3xa9es d'expxc3xa9rience pertinente en matixc3xa8re de prix ou de finance.
Excellentes compxc3xa9tences analytiques avec une forte maxc3xaetrise technique (par exemple, SQL, MS Access, VBA).
